Meet Our Staff

Annette Uhl: Practice Manager
Annette, her husband, and 2 daughters moved to Huntsville in 2007 from Long Island, NY. She spent 13 years managing a veterinary hospital in New York, and began her time here at Bentley in 2009 as a receptionist until 2016. In November 2020 she returned “home” as the hospital manager. When she is not here loving on our patients, she spends time with her oldest daughter in Montgomery, watching her youngest play soccer, adjusting to an almost empty nest with her hubby, or snuggling on the couch with her 9 dogs and 1 cat – 4 Japanese Chin (Emi, Sperry, Guinness, Groot), 3 Pomeranians (Finch, Ursa, Hudson), 1 CavaChin (Ciara), a King Charles Cavalier (Cider) and Dolly the lone kitty.

Andrea Patterson: Kennel Attendant

Angela Pettie: Receptionist
With her husband, Angela moved to the Huntsville area from California in 2016. She has worked for veterinary offices since 2006, having taken some time off in the middle to be a mom to her four children. She loves to take family day-trips, and searching for inspiration on Pinterest. Football is big in her family, and “GO NINERS!” is their battle cry. She loves spending time with her family both two-legged AND four-legged: she has four cats (Moana, Maui, Starbucks, and Tesla) a miniature poodle (Bella), and 3 crested geckos.

Delaney Richter: Veterinary Assistant, Receptionist
Originally from Michigan, Delaney moved to the Huntsville area in late 2007. She has been working with Bentley Animal Hospital since 2015, having begun her veterinary career in 2008. Besides her husband and two sons, Jena’s family is completed by her pets: Great Dane (Asher), Aussie-doodle (Essie), Bloodhound (Moose), three cats (Dougie, Stormie, and George) and rabbit (Cooper).
